We implement standard SOP for all functions, but adjust content according to the different customers requirements. With adequate experience on sourcing and quality, we’d prefer not only fulfill the needs of customer, but also offer practicable proposal for better solation to support our partners achieve in their marketing.

Our partners come from different area, so our products covered food& water, chemical, energy, marine, machinery industry. Making good use of our know-how and experience, we’re also keeping ourselves developing to contribute to our customers.

So far, we’ve already finalized more than 200 projects, created estimated 10 million USD profit for our clients. Besides this, we source and exported over 2 million products to our customers. As promised, we are creating value through the supply chain platform in a professional and faithful way.

All of us are coming from the Fortune 500 companies, but in different industry, so our projects or services can cover various business needs. In addition, most of our team members acquired CPSM, CIPS, PMP, ASQ and 6 Sigma black belt. We’ve clear responsibility assignment, which helps leading to a common understanding platform and highly efficient output.

In Well Search, we’ve clear attribution of responsibility. Project team is our only contact window for our clients. PM will start working from the first inquiry to the project closure. A cross function team will be organized according to the customers needs. When the project is defined, PM will make proposal, set up milestone and regular meeting with the client to report the project process, in order to adjust the deviation or advise better solution on time, which can help our client to meet the target sooner and better.
